Sticky Buns

What you need:
2 3/4 CupsWarm Water
1 Egg
1 CupSugar
1 tspSalt
1/2 CupMelted Margarine
8 CupsFlour
1 1/2 tspsYeast
1.Place water in bowl of an electric dough mixing machine.
2.Add remaining ingredients.
3.Mix on low speed for 5 minutes.
4.Roll dough out on a counter to 3/4 inch of thickness.
5.With a rubber spatula, evenly spread caramel paste over the entire surface of the rolled out dough leaving the paste about 1/2 inch thick.
6.Sprinkle with cinnamon (to taste).
7.Use a pizza cutter and cut into 1 inch squares.
8.Gather dough squares and place loosely and evenly across a greased 9 inch round pan. Place about 1 1/2 pounds of dough squares in each pan.
9.Let dough proof at room temperature for 90 minutes.
10.Place dough in a 350 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden brown.
11.Remove from pan by carefully turning out, upside down, on a display platter or plate.
12.Artistically lace with thinned down cream cheese frosting and caramel syrup.
13.Serve while still warm and enjoy!
